About our program:

Duration: 5 weeks Mode of delivery: Live and interactive online class through a video-conferencing platform. You will be able to interact with our instructor, and with each other. This will allow us to answer any questions that come up on the spot. Day of class: Every Sunday, starting July 19, 2020. (July 19, 26, and August 2, 9 and 16) Time: 7:30 pm. Duration: 90 minutes each Recordings: Will be made available after the class. You will have access to the recordings for a period of 3 months.
